Harlequin's Pantaloon

"I knew I was a regular when I had a conversation with myself warning about the next week."   ~Seak Beardo Von Shmit, of Abide and Seak's Bizarre Bazaar

Purpose / Function

The major traveler's inn of Blythopoly, it managed to edge out the competition by virtue of its unique enchantment matrices.   The enchantments warp time and space within the walls. A visitor who appears on a slow day will remain unchanged, but should the inn be at capacity the magic seeks the nearest time before or after up to a week when there is space for a party their size. The visitors will appear as if walking through the door at that time. They will revel, eat, and sleep as normal, and when they leave they find themselves back in the time that they left offset only by the amount of time they spent inside.

Architecture

The inn is carved from a single pillar of basalt, with only three rooms on every floor. The building juts at a 59 degree angle after the fifth floor.

Tourism

The fighting pits, the ladies of the night, the interesting clientele, and the gourmet food and rare beverages are all cause to attract visitors.
