Krezzym Orphan Academy

Purpose / Function

Cambreath produces many war orphans, beset by Greenskins savagery to the west and Eldermeare ambition to the east, Northrealm banditry and Hellion Raiders roaming the Great Grass Ocean. When Maecodian Confederation needs soldiers, they call Cambreath first. Those men and women don't always come home, and their families can't always take up the burden of raising their children. 
That's where the Krezzym Orphan Academy comes in; the state subsidizes Borti's project, and she raises the children in an environment that is a happy memory to nearly all of its graduates. The academy takes children of all ages, educates them in basic history, basic math and reading, and sends them out with a sense of deep citizenship. They also play games with slings and sticks under some of the very best tutors that money can buy, producing some of the most talented Militiamen

Alterations

Borti Adamant has hung diamonds from strings throughout the building, and when the sun comes into any window, prismatic light is bounced throughout the entire building. The children sometimes play games with the lights, and graduates often pass along diamonds for Borti's collection.

Architecture

The building is sturdy, white Wardstone with a red tiled roof. The base of the building is significantly thicker than the top, with arches reinforcing each other.

Defenses

All of the minders working for Borti are graduates, and have been sent away for more intensive combat training. Any of the nine could hold her own in a duel, and it's an accepted fact for even Krezzym's worst underworld figures that the children of Borti's academy are protected.
