Whispering Grove

"Nothing in there but pretty flowers. Well, they're not even that pretty. Leave it alone."   ~Margerot Duda, resident of they Cloudgarden District

Purpose / Function

Whispering Grove was built as a pathway to the Feywild and an avenue for trade and immigration between Kobos and the Feywild. When the elves left, the grove itself (as well as it's caretaker dryad Shuken'naro fell asleep, and the area was preserved by the later occupying humans as a recreational park due to its beauty, resilience, and bountiful forage. When the park was once again awakened by a band of children playing partisan, it's use as a portal to the wild realms was resumed, albeit in a much smaller way, a guarded secret by the descendants of those children.

Architecture

The park is well maintained, with trees neatly groomed and underbrush curated to avoid thickets. Deep in the heart of the grove lays a fey portal; which simply looks like a small circle of standing stones topped with lentils. The key to opening the portal is a closely guarded secret.
