Schtutebwa is a vassal tebouwa to Frottstebwa. It is unusual in that it has traditionally been ruled directly by goblins. Currently, there is no Estiadus, as the last one, Nescus Scpruwa, died without a surviving heir in the Long Quake of 1430.
