Levistus

The physical appearance of Levistus has long been forgotten by most. Aeons ago, Levistus committed his first betrayal of Asmodeus. Levistus invited Bensozia, the consort of Asmodeus, to his layer under the pretense of sharing information about the other Archdevils. However, this was all a ruse, as his true intention was to seduce her, and turn her against Asmodeus. However, Bensozia was unfaltering in her devotion, and rejected his advances. This angered Levistus, and he killed her. Once Asmodeus discovered what happened, Levistus was imprisoned in a block of ice from Treachery, half a mile thick in all dimensions. In this large prison, it is impossible to see his true form. The second time Levistus tried to betray Asmodeus was during The Reckoning of Hell, when he sided with Mephistopheles to overthrow Asmodeus. Being unable to move freely, Levistus is required to command his army through telepathy. Should he ever escape, or be released from his prison, Levistus is said to be a master swordsman, carrying both a powerfully enchanted rapier, and a main gauche in the other hand.
