The stout, and sturdy mountain people of Eternity. From the forgemaster, to the trade manager, every dwarf has purpose in the cities within mountains.

Anatomy
Dwarves are generally somewhat short humanoid beings. Though they are short, they are stout, and sturdy.
Genetics and Reproduction
they reproduce like other humanoids.
Growth Rate & Stages
They mature around 25, and with time, (like all things) they get grey, and less capable. Though an elderly dwarf is anything but frail. They are still plenty sturdy, and strong.

The dwarves are largely omnivorous. Though they lean toward carnivore. The food they eat is mostly imported from elsewhere.

They generally have large ears, and noses, with dark hair.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
They live mostly in the northern half of the eastern continent. They make their cities within mountains.

The average dwarf isn't very smart, but they know enough to get by.

They have similar sight, and hearing to that of a terran.
Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
Dwarven names are that which comes with a presence. A strong name is often the most important. (ex. Aldrich, Bartose) The female names follow the same logic. (ex. Beryl, Teva)
Beauty Ideals
The dwarves value strength over all else. A strong physical presentation is considered attractive. That being said, a delicate female will lock eyes to.
Relationship Ideals
In a relationship, the man will make the major economic decisions, and will support the family. The woman will raise the children, and is almost always trained in self defense.
Common Dress Code
The common dwarf doesn't care how they look. The only real rule is to wear something that covers the extremities, and is still flexible.
Common Taboos
A poor, or untrained dwarf is considered odd, as all dwarves are trained in working the forges, and maintaining their wealth.
History
Like all peoples, they came to Eternity through the rift between worlds. They migrated east, to the mountains that completely covered the eastern horizon, and towered over it.

They have a darker skin tone than most people on Eternity. Instead of a peach, of even pale, Dwarves have a light tan skin tone.
