Their life goes by faster than most terrans, with the average lifespan being between 65, to 70 years.
Ecology and Habitats
Though halflings are short, and shorter lived than most peoples, they are a hardy group. They can live in subzero temperatures for much longer than a terran.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The halflings are capable of farming their own food, their settlement in the north is within close proximity to Mt. Theose, the only volcano in Eternity. Volcanic soil is also the most fertile of the soils that are known. Their food is in surplus most months of the year.

They live almost exclusively in the northern end of the east, and western landmasses.

Naming Traditions
Their names are very similar to the names of terrans. Typically, the men have short, sharp names while the women have gentler names. (Anton, Ammy)

Their beauty ideals are similar to that of other humanoids.
Gender Ideals
Both men, and women are viewed as equals. They both have a purpose, and are expected to do them well. The men are supposed to support the family. The women are given the daunting task of raising the children (if any) and protecting the family if needed.
Common Dress Code
Most halflings wear clothing that is slightly thicker than most other peoples This is because the halfling north is noticeably colder than other places.
History
Like the other peoples, the halflings came through the rift between worlds. They traveled north, and formed a territory of twenty city states. They were hit hard after Kainox's conquest, and needed a way to avoid war. They became a diplomatic people. They have ties to every nation. This prevents a war on their doorstep. To go to war with them is to go to war with your allies. However, When The Eternals corrupted one of the city states, a war broke out within the halfling north. This war turned the twenty city states into three small nations.
