Races and Ethnicities

These are the sentient humanoid races of Levantis, who have formed into tribes, kingdoms, empires and other factions. Many of these were originally created by the Gods from the raw Elements, and they often display traits similar to these Elements. For example, Dwarves were created from Elemental Earth and they slowly petrify as they age, until they are fully petrified and effectively dead. Humans are a kind of exception, having been made from small amounts of each Element as an experiment, but being more balanced for it.   There are also artificial races, created by powerful forces like Titans, Archdemons or Dragons as soldiers or slaves. These are not associated with the Elements, unless there were exceptional circumstances regarding their creation or their parent species was.
