Session 127 - "Drago Returns!"
General Summary
16 Gozran 4711 AR
Neferu overheard Nyrrk say, "Ymg' ahnythor mgep mgsyha'h mgepuln yogor frn ymg' ahor nafl epgoka mgyogor" ("You should never have called up that which you could not put down" in Aklo). Kelath shatters the Ebon Requiem on the tower steps in the presence of Vrood's body. A smoky, black rent appears in the air, filling the air with the smell of sulfur and a blasting of heat. Drago runs from out of the rift and is followed by hellhounds and a bearded devil. After the fight, Drago reads a Ciphered Poem he got off of Vrood's body. Drago Tells of His Pain-Dulled Visions in Character Notes (Public)
Check out the dig sites, and the skeletons are just standing around. Daniel says he will stay behind to cleanse the town…

The visions open with a furiously darting ink quill that dashes out of a stream of words reading, “My Master, I shall stay in Feldgrau and build an army of corpses for our risen lord...” The sentence fades, and after a brief flash, hands place the letter in an envelope and strike it with a wax seal. Another flash. Vrood’s scarred hands caress a parchment with a poem scrolled neatly upon its surface. You hear him reciting it to himself, almost like a chant. Some time passes and he gently places this parchment along with others in secret pouch sewn into his black and ochre cloak. Another flash comes and the scene changes. You see cultists scurrying around in the town square, exhuming bodies and raising an army from the corpses of Feldgrau’s dead. After another flash, a warped chunk of burnt stone is removed from the dark pit from which the corpses have been dug up. After another flash, Vrood’s hands place three strange items into a chest—an iron-and-glass vial containing a swirling gray mist (Warden Hawkran's Soul), a bloody heart inside a glass bottle (Packlord's Hear), and a fragile skull composed of hundreds of bone fragments (Skull of Splintered Graves). Into a second chest he places a strange statuette of murky green stone depicting a grotesque, tentacled creature (Sea-Sage Effigy). Into a third chest he places the warped chunk of burnt stone (Star Moit, Feldgrau). Another flash. The chests are given to three riders in dark cloaks on piebald horses. “Ride to Carrion Hill,” you hear Vrood’s voice speak. “Our agent will exchange the Star Moit for the Pnakotic Manuscript, the relic we need.” After a final flash, the visions fade.Sakorians- ancient tribe people that worshiped the Great Old Ones Bone tube scroll case: one parchment in Common (splattered in blood, probably rolled around the finger, copy of the Letter to Professor Crowl that speaks of the ley lines), another in cipher similar to the poem; semi-fresh finger of a woman (vision of the female sage in Ardis, who died horribly) Vrood was working on art with blood; find a conventional locked chest with small leather bags, full of silver dust (10), 50 lbs.; onyx gemstones; plain leather scroll case; non-descript spellbook Vrood: Wand of Animate Dead (10 charges), Amulet of Natural Armor +1, Cloak of Resistance +2, Ring of Protection +1 Underground tunnel to armory, completely gutted and filled with old, rusted junk.
