Bateau is an elven grey warrior of the Perenni, Shianti subrace .
He was active in The Circle for the entirety of its existence.
Following his time in The Circle and his participation in the Establishment of Safe Harbor  , he moved to Safe Harbor and serves there as a captain of the watch.

Special abilities

Bateau wears a false eye in his right socket, that he normally keeps covered with an eyepatch. He covers it, because it continually emits ultraviolet radiation, serving as a light source for those that can see in that spectrum.

Bateau wears classical Shianti, or elf armor, glazed to a dark grey in color. It confers an Armor rating of 5 PD / 5 ED.
