Establishment of Safe Harbor

Founding

The Establishment of Safe Harbor as a waypoint between Magnamund and Wildspace was negotiated between Durenor, Sommerland, and Vassagonia. The Circle played an active role in securing the new celestial body.

The Establishment of Safe Harbor was the product of months of maneuvering by the Yikaria, and investigation by The Circle . The pilot gemstones that were in the possession of Diane were stolen by the Yikaria and placed into the matching towers in the University of Barrakesh. With that, the University and island it resided on lifted into the sky and entered Wildspace in stationary orbit above Barrakesh.   The Circle used the spelljamming ship owned by Anson Dalael to lead a raid upon the Yikaria and seized control of the island. The Circle negotiated a setlement between Durenor, Sommerland, and Vassagonia to form the new wildspace settlement of Safe Harbor.

Durenor - Durenor pledged to supply spelljamming vessels for support.
Sommerland - Sommerland pledged military and Kai support to the settlement.
Vassagonia - Vassagonia had first claim on the land and lent substantial financial investment
