The Strife Ages

A period of extraplanar conflict and chaos

During the period of time known as the Strife Ages (AOS), the world of Magvel was under assault by numerous extraplanar forces. Just when all hope seemed lost, eight mortal heroes discovered the divine source and partook of it to ascend to divinity. With their newfound strength they were able to banish the invading forces from the realm and establish an era of extraplanar peace for the inhabitants of Magvel. The ensuing era was named the Age of Blessings (ASA) in honor of the gods and the peace they created.
