Lucius Macedonicus is a paladin of Iomedae dedicated to furthering her cause and leading Sunreach down a path of peace and prosperity. Sunreach as of late has been under attack by malevolent forces and Lucius has ignored all other tasks to rid Sunreach and the world of this threat. He sees all evil as a rot that needs to be rooted from the world, but his narrow focus on his task leads other issues to fall to the wayside. Lucius is a Sentinel of the Blazing Sun, a group quickly rising in popularity and prestige as well as being the founders and rulers of Sunreach, a very newly formed nation.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Lucius is an imposing figure, standing at just over seven feet tall he towers over most common folk. He is fit from years of battle and covered in scars from these battles. He always tries to maintain a posture designating nobility and grace to show the strength the sentinels, Sunreach, and he embodies.

Personal history
Lucius was born and raised in the city of Yampfield by the local deacon. After some complications he ran away from Yampfield and found himself captured by a necromancer by the name of Laverra. He spent just over a year there before being rescued by a failed assassination attempt against Laverra. Lucius made his way with the only survivor named Cassia Fabian who trained him to become a paladin of Iomedae. He then set out on his own looking for experience and gold to one day return to kill Laverra. He spent a year with a group, but their morals were questionable at best and Lucius left the group to find a new adventuring party. This lead him to Dayhill where he found Gawain Dragoon, Scarloc Wydrioth, and Jiro Kamaji. He spent many years with them doing mercenary work as well as saving both Yampfield and Dayhill from possible destruction. He and the Sentinels of the Blazing Sun, the name of their party, eventually went to found the kingdom of Sunreach and has since spent his time protecting and helping Sunreach to grow. Lucius has since slain Laverra and found the victory to be more hollow than anticipated. He has turned his eyes now to the greater threat, the individual that Laverra worked for, known as the hierarch. His presence threatens the world with undeath and is quite possibly one of the greatest threats Marhalla has ever faced. Sunreach must be strengthened to stand up to this threat and Lucius too must make sure he is ready to fight the coming threat
Morality & Philosophy
Lucius is a paladin of Iomedae and thus believes in justice for those who can't protect themselves from the evil that lurks in the dark in the world. Lucius takes the philosophy of Stoicism to heart believing happiness is found in accepting the moment as it presents itself, by not allowing oneself to be controlled by the desire for pleasure or fear of pain, by using one's mind to understand the world and to do one's part in nature's plan, and by working together and treating others fairly and justly. He attempted to embody this by providing the constitution of Sunreach protections against abuse that are found in very few other places in Marhalla.
Lucius is a paladin of Iomedae and has dedicated his life to furthering her cause and bringing light to those in the dark. Lucius is a stoic individual and believes that his duty is paramount to all other needs.
