Inferno 10: "Inquisition"
General Summary
Chasing after Isabella, the party finds the her on trial for heresy for compromising with Marius , and finds the Children of the Dawn in ideological conflict over the role of women in the organization and the clash of utilitarian ideals with their religious moral code. Using the conflict as a distraction, the party frees Asaala, who suggests further taking advantage of the chaos.
Isabella leaves the Children of the Dawn even after being largely acquitted at trial due to their mistreatment and torture of her to form her own heretical holy order. Asaala takes advantage of Isabella's emotional turmoil after the ordeal to push her closer to Marius and begin cooperating with her by giving her information about enemy Apostles to slay.
Back in Malbolge, tensions rise with Alran and Vivien over Marius losing his planar anchor while Asaala and Tamiko look to Lilith for a possible organizational change.
