Malbolge
Malbolge is the sixth of the Nine Hells, and houses one of its major financial centers outside of Dis and Nessus in the Obsidian Spire. Malbolge is ruled by Archduchess Glasya, who is the daughter of Asmodeus and the Princess of Hell.
Conditions
The surface of the plane Malbolge is largely uninhabitable, and avoided by most sapient Devils. Ruins of old infernal prisons and torture complexes populate windswept and jagged terrain, mostly populated by low-ranking Lemures. Almost all sapient Devils on the plane reside in and around the Obsidian Spire, a monolithic half-underground construction with 666 floors. The Spire is home to legions of bureaucrat Devils primarily in the field of Accounting, with some working in Prisoner Administration, Research and Development, and Mortal Management.
