General Summary
With the investigation into Maria Serrano-de Rivierra's abduction of Estevan Etxabeltza-de Cozani ongoing, the party runs into new problems. Veijo Reynaldo Vida admits to the crime, claiming his motive to be his infatuation with Estevan's wife Solana Etxabeltza-de Cozani. Maria's loveshack is found burned to the ground, and the Church of Pelor questions Bianca Etxabeltza-Xavieritz about her family's connection to the Nine Hells.
Following a lead on old de Rivierra properties, the party uncovers a haunted house owned by Maria. Inside, they find incriminating accounts explaining Maria's unnatural charm, runes for a magic circle location, and an effigy of King Manuel de Cozani-Guiterrez that is cursed, likely contributing to his poor health. Additionally, the part is seen by Graz'zt in Maria's mirror, implying her servitude to the Dark Price. Bianca breaks the news to Viola of Maria's plots killing her mother. Getting ready to head to the magic circle location, the party recruits Viola and Isabella for the venture.
