Materia 16: "Kōga, Part II"
General Summary
As Deagon and Aiwin make their appearance at the Battle of Kōga Bay, Emperor Kazuyuki schemes to take them on directly. Assisting by gathering mages from all over the city, the party runs into a disgruntled Asato Takeda, who lends the support of his blackcloaks to the city's defense.
Regrouping and heading to the top of the Southern Keep, the Emperor, Master of Magic Haku Fujino, Sanctity, Fujiwara mages, and the party goad Aiwin and Deagon into an attack. Fighting a close battle, Mari kills them both with a climactic fireball. While Haku suggests that Aiwin's soul may have escaped, the battle is won and the Leonese-Asturan fleet retreats from Kōga Bay.
