Kazuyuki Anzai is the Emperor of the Shou Empire and Lord of Seito. He is married to Akari Anzai. He has two imperial concubines, Hanako Fujiwara and Ai Nishikawa.

Life

An only child, Kazuyuki showed great magical promise from an early age, adeptly casting frost magic. Additionally, Kazuyuki is capable of casting divine magic, a rarity amongst Anzai sorcerers, lending him a pious reputation as a leading embodiment of The Way.
