Ohta Anzai

Ohta Anzai was a member of the main branch of the Anzai Dynasty. He left on a diplomatic voyage in 1185 from the Shou Empire and never returned, leading to him being officially presumed dead. In the year 1198, Hanako Fujiwara uncovered some evidence on Volaris that suggests he is still alive.
