The Flaming Staff
The Flaming staff is a shop in Cliffshire owned by Veronica that sells books, postions, scrolls and magical items. It is located in the upper district in a stone house with a large blue brick tower. Walking along the main road it is hard to miss it. There is almost always smoke pouring out the chimney of the tower. Inside is a small showroom with bookcases filling the walls and a large number of colorful potions lining a shelf behind protective glass.
When you enter it is almost surreal. The sound of the door striking a bell can be heard but no bell is there. The books on display rival the local library and the potions draw your in in to look closer. It feels like you have entered another world with riches beyond your imaginations.The crown jewel of the store is the magical items. While they might not be the most powerful she has items such as driftorbs and bags of holding that are useful to non adventurers.
Architecture
The building consists of a graybrick square next to the road with a round stairwell leading up to the door. On the second floor a two windows looking out on the street. Steping back you can see a thin but high blue brick tower with a poited roof with a small walkway between the to buildings.
