This is definitely one of my favourite pieces that I’ve painted, I still have it proudly displayed in my throne room.
It’s a wonderful thing, remembering to enjoy the small things in life!

Geography

A small mountain range with a lake at the top. The waterfall leads into a river that curves through grassland.

Localized Phenomena

There’s a cave behind the waterfall that leads very deep. Melisovou crystals naturally grow deep down, being one of the few places in the world with easy access to said crystals. It’s been rumoured that there’s an even deeper part of the cave past the crystals, but no one has survived making it past the area.

Climate

It’s one of the cooler parts of Fzalder, with temperatures ranging from 50°F in Winter, to 65°F in Summer. Hurricanes and rain storms quite often strike the area, temporarily creating ponds the size of small lakes in the grassland.

History

It’s one of the last few places to be discovered in Fzalder due to its temperature.
When the ivierae first settled in Fzalder there wasn’t a lake or waterfall. It started appearing when most of the permaice melted from the Northern part of Fzalder.
With the source of fresh water, farmable land, and abundant redwood trees, Krylny established his city right near the waterfall.
