Meyvein the Miuruca
Meyvein is a Miuruca, one of the God Ilvir Ivashu creations.
He is a relatively peaceful amphibian living in an underground river that bisects the City of Tashal, feeding on fish, rats, and the occasional human corpse.
He arrived at Tashal not lot long after being created and has learned to avoid Humans. However, he does have a good relationship with the Clerics of the Order of the Yellow Hand, who regularly use the waterways around his lair. However, he has a passionate hatred for the Assassin-priests of Naveh, who also frequent the cities underworld and will ambush and feast on them if he can safely do so.
