Initiuzar

Initiuzar is the capital city of Van' Riram and is located in The Hills of the Fool. The city is considered to be home of many of the highest positions of many religions from across Moirai. Dispute the obvious religious tension of so many conflicting ideals in one place, the capital is actually one of the most peaceful cities.
