"The larger the territory, the safer our citizens."The main belief behind the EEI was that space-faring Eskons needed to expand to as much territory as possible so that citizens of the northern continent Anerone could not affect them should they be discovered in the future. The Institute believes in creating settlements on as many habitable planets as possible - integration with the existing population is considered a secondary goal. Naturally, this caused significant conflict with the inhabitants of these planets, resulting in several major uprisings.

History
The Eskon Exploration Institute was founded 3 years after first contact with the aim to consolidate all the information and discoveries gathered from both the Academy and support from the alien race. All efforts from this were focused on developing means for long-term space exploration. Later, having launched long-term exploratory missions and successfully forming a settlement on Thokat, the goal shifted to discovering and creating settlements on as many habitable planets as possible.
Disbandment
The Institute was destroyed along with Dehlith Ground Base.
Military
The EEI had a designated military division led by the Chief Minster who worked alongside the President of the EEI to determine the best course of action in military-related events. Most notably, the military division was called to deal with several major uprisings with varying success.
Education
All education is completed through The Academy. The system consists of 15 compulsory years of schooling, followed by at least 5 years of recommended further study at the First Division level.
