Young Tiefling working the crowds at Mr. Goety's Traveling Carnival Cacophony. He works with his brother, Malrius Harken, who operates the Find the Queen booth, distracting rubes to make his brother's job easier once the betting gets high. He is a Wererat, like his brother, and has worked in the carnival for five years along with him, as his brother teaches him how to be discrete.
He was spotted by Illevaere leaving the cabin with his brother that was set up with wolfsbane incense during the hunt that the lycanthropes in the carnival were arranging. It was meant to hinder the lycanthropes enough for at least some of their intended victims to escape.
After seeing that the party had sent Baremin Barleyhare to ferret out the remaining werewolves at the carnival, he and Malrius ended up avoiding the carnival and spending the night at Aisling's house in Caer Craftenor.
