Suomalainen Empire

The Suomi Empire is an empire that started on Helsinki. They are one of the most militarily powerful factions in the sector.

Structure

The Emperor is the overall ruler of the empire and is represented on each planet by a Governor-General. An advisory senate of natives make up a senate on each planet in the empire.
The Emperor has supreme executive power that is inherited by their bloodline.
The Governor-General serves as a representative of the Empire and receives their instructions directly from the government on Helsinki. They serve as the chief of the military and the lead administrator on the planet they are stationed on.
The senate is an advisory panel made entirely of planetary natives. The senate advises the Governor-General on how best to execute imperial policy on the planet.
