Eric Brat

Eric Brat is the 1st JARL OF KOTSUJ, the newly founded territory of the King of Aachen on the Northern shore of the INNER SEA.  He has also become head of the House of Brat with the passing of his cousin Sturla Brat.  This has left him in charge of the family business, Establishing his own Jarldom in the north, and acting as regent of the young cousin Curlric Brat the Jarl of Brat.  It has also brought him the office of ADMIRAL OF THE SILVER SEA at least until young Curlric is ready to assume his duties.  
Eric takes after his father HIOVARD BRAT in the aggressive running and expansion of the northern fur trade.  This arm of the Brat family had been able to concentrate on the business and leave the politics and warfare to KOTKEL BRAT.  But the family needed to fully secure the trade in the north.  This was done by Sturla's convincing the young King Igor IV to create the new province and make Eric its ruler.
