At any given time there are two guards on duty. One is a grumpy male dwarf named Bitcoin. One is a male human named Marlin. One is a female human named Qwisp. One is a male human named Adam.
The shop owner is a very pale skinned, male elf. His palor is almost a sickly white-grey. His mame is Lysanthir Weylar.
In addition to the owner, there is another knowledgeable shop worker who is a very old human female named Laurena Prescot.
