Eslaiqi Kobolds

Descendants of Descendants: The smallest of the Tanin, kobolds, can be found all over Eslaiqeza and Urvorsath, but many track their lineage back to the Grippreed Swamp. The kobolds of the region vary widely in appearance, typically for every kind of Tanin of a large stature, there will be one of a similar appearance but small stature. Most tend to resemble the Tanin of their swamp, taking on deep greens, dark blues, and near black purples and commonly possessing small tails of their own. Kobold communities are usually large, and tight knit, with collaboration being a given for any project within a community. Novels always have at least two authors, gems have two jewelers, and knights don't have scribes but companions.

Gylidder Kobolds

Between Industry and Invention: Aside from secret warrens built up around the hidden homes of the Greatwyrms of Gylidd, the largest warrens belonging to kobolds on the island are nestled in the Fading Peaks along the Rhondak River, which feeds into the Southern Grand Canal. From these caverns which they call Yukejder, the scaled folk mine riches from the earth while they observe three diverse markets of innovation - the socialist Dobkwardens, the libertarian Odunites, and the Merchant Lords of Kor. They eagerly barter with all three to gather the best ideas to reinforce and defend their home, which exists along the edges of the Brume, and extends down far enough to reach the outskirts of the shadow elves' domains.
