The Demon Houses
Hell is primarily and effectively ruled by the Primordial Lucifer Morgane and within it's boarders his word is law. However, the Lord Morange, despite his incredibly strategic and often meticulous mind, is not a very present leader and so long as the workings of his people do not interfere with his own accord he's willing to let The Seven Deadly Sins, Kierdranin, and lesser Demon Overlords largely rule themselves and use their time on whatever shenanigans they please. This method of rulership led to the rise of the Demon Houses, groups of demons loyal to one or more powerful demons who offer protection from the general dangers of Hell. Many of these House are in constant flux as the houses fight and destroy themselves but some of them have become very stable and have grown into true geopoltical powers within Hell. The eight houses of the Kierdranin are the best example of this.
