Rook Graves
Rook Graves was a high ranking official from a kingdom neighboring Biorno called "Anasazi", he was regarded as a masterful tactician when it came to battle and protecting the innocents from disaster. One day while he was out of the country by order of his great king Gorm the Old, to exterminate a den of bandits plaguing the area northeast of Droplet. Once he and his brigade had completed this task, they took their spoils of battle and returned to Anasazi. Upon getting near the kingdom, numerous lights began to form above and around the kingdom until it was consumed by it, after the shock of what they witnessed the brigade rushed into the kingdom to be met by nothing but silence. All signs of life had vanished from the kingdom. This crushed the spirits of the brigade but not to the extent that it did to Rook. He fell to the floor howling in despair, witnessing that everything that he strived to protect had vanished before his eyes, feeling a great wave of guilt an anguish his mind teared itself apart until he fainted. And thus he awoke in the castle of Biorno with numerous medical and military personnel surrounding him. He was question on what happened to the kingdom of Anasazi, but he could not utter a word or else face the anguish he holds within his soul. After resting awhile, he was offered to join the Biorno military, once in his new position of Colonel, he vowed to use his new military and political power to find out what happened to the kingdom and why he now hears voices of beings beyond his view.
Rook has since retired as a Colonel of Biorno.
