Eastern Ociannic

During the time of the Ocian Empire, the people of the widely spanning empire came from two major ethnic and racial groups - a split largely demarcated by the Panari Waves. Though travel through the empire was common, and both ethnicities are commonly found among the modern countries that formed from the ruins of the Ocian Empire, this split still exists today.   The Eastern Ociannic people were most commonly described as having dark brown skin with cool undertones, and russet or dark brown hair. They had round brown hued eyes, such that any other eye color was a notable occurrence.   These traits can commonly be found among the Aswani, and the Vect who tend to be taller.
