Western Ociannic

During the time of the Ocian Empire, the people of the widely spanning empire came from two major ethnic and racial groups - a split largely demarcated by the Panari Waves.   Though travel through the empire was common, and both ethnicities are commonly found among the modern countries that formed from the ruins of the Ocian Empire, this split still exists today.   The Western Ociannic people were most commonly described as having pale skin with cool undertones, and hair of russet or dark brown. Green or blue hued eyes were the most common, followed by brown. They had round eyes, and tended to be slightly broader than many other humans.
These traits can commonly be found among Bocraeans who take after their size, and the Lei who tend towards redder, lighter hair.
