Iccotian
"Every successful Iccotian owns a pig farm."Iccotians are a diverse group of people who live in the country of Iccot, located in the Cradle. Though Iccotians tend towards human due to the sheer prevalence of the species, Iccotians remain one of the most diverse groups on the continent. Over generations, humanoids from across world have found their way to one of the largest the centers of trade on the continent, and many have settled down permanently. The original settlers in the Cradle had pale skin, blonde hair, and silver hued eyes - a pairing which tends to be particularly rare nowadays, nearly unseen outside of the Cradle. Many associate humans who have lived in the region for generations with this appearance, though broadly speaking the vast majority of humans who count themselves as Iccotians look nothing like this.

Shared customary codes and values
Iccotian culture highly values success in business, wealth, and flaunting of success. Double crossing, lying, and manipulation are expected and though no-one likes being the target of such acts, it is generally hand-waved as "just business". The darker elements of the culture extend this to more dangerous acts like murder, arson, and sabotage.
One's legacy, and what they pass down to their family is highly important, and most families expect their children to follow in their footsteps. Direct family is generally trusted closely, but extended family is sometimes treated closer to a business associate.
