Land Transports

Armored land transports designed to withstand bandit assaults, ambushes, and other dangers on the road. Better known to the public as "Iron Horses".
Powered by arcane engines called "Mana Cores", they can run at full power for multiple decades under optimal conditions. If tampered with, however, the cores can explode, releasing chaotic surges of magical energy.
In an effort to maximize each core, the majority of the Horses operate within the Dwarven cities as public transportation & distribution. Railroads also extend out to the eastern area of the continent, although Horses going to these areas are built bulkier, slower, and more heavily armed to deal with outside threats. Attempts have been made and continue to be made to build railroads through the Ailinglesh Wood, but have been met with overwhelming resistance by the Elves who refuse to see these mechanical monstrosities invade their home.
