Pecer

The Pecer are a unique ethnic group of humans that primarily reside in the Pecra system. Due to the high levels of pollution and disease in the system, the Pecer have developed unique physical and cultural characteristics.   Physically, the Pecer are generally smaller in stature than other human ethnic groups, with pale skin and features that give them a tired appearance. They have adapted to the harsh environmental conditions of their system, developing an increased resistance to pollution and disease. As a result, they are able to tolerate much higher levels of toxins and pathogens than other humans.   The most distinctive physical feature of the Pecer is their green hair, which is thought to be a result of a unique genetic mutation that developed in response to the high levels of pollution in the Pecra system. This green hair has become a source of pride and identity for the Pecer, with many individuals dying their hair in various shades of green as a form of self-expression.   Culturally, the Pecer have developed a unique identity as a resilient and adaptable ethnic group. They have a strong sense of community and mutual support, with individuals often working together to overcome the challenges of living in such a harsh environment. Despite the challenges they face, the Pecer have a rich cultural heritage, with a strong tradition of music and dance that reflects their unique experiences and perspectives.   In terms of social organization, the Pecer have a complex system of clans and tribes, each with its own customs and traditions. They also have a strong tradition of storytelling, with tales passed down through generations that reflect their experiences and struggles in the Pecra system.
