Phillip John

Phillip John is the Captain of The Donahue, and an employee of the expedition company that first sent Mateus, Nel'Tari Zoral, Godgil Jadehewer, Jocelyn Reef, and Macaria to Obica. He travels to meet them after hearing about the death of Mateus, and comes to find out if their expedition to find new land to settle on was successful.
