Andrasius IV Orentalem is the current emperor of the Aurean Empire, having taken over from his mother, Elmira V, in 5040 AY. Born Vintus Orentalem in the imperial palace in Aureapolis in 5009 AY, he took the regnal name Andrasius upon his coronation, as a sign he would focus on conquest like Andrasius I. He has focused for much of his reign on retaking the The Southern Passes, and has put a large amount of resources into the empire's military.
