Emissary

Druids who are attached to a Werewolf pack as a magical and spiritual advisor.

Not all packs have Emissaries, but most older or larger packs do.

Traditionally, the Emissary is expected to hold themselves apart from the pack, being attatched to it but not part of it, in order to be able to give impartial advice. While some Emissaries are closer to their packs than others, an Emissary being intergrated into a pack (such as when Jennifer Blake married Kali) are considered tabboo. In some cases, Betas in a pack may not even know the identity of the Emissary.
