Kybele
Kybele is a Greco-Roman mother goddess, and the creator-deity of Werewolves.
Although not involved in their creation, she is also considered a patron deity of Werelions and Peuchen, due to their falling within her spheres of influence.
Her consort is Attis, and according to some myths, she and Attis were once a single genderless being called Agdistis, who was split into their male and female parts on the orders of Zeus in order to depower them, which lead to a feud between Kybele and Zeus.
