Salgskvartal is the trade district in Winham forming a sort of crossroads between the Slaveresmåtei and Tjenerenssjøvei. However, as both these trade routes service Seclora, the most interesting goods found in the quarter are imports from Tinmoutbu.
Foreign spices and textiles, ostentacious clothing, strange woods and metals, and unique weapons can all be found intermingled with local items. With such diversity of product streams, only the best of local artisans can dream of having their products sold in Salgskvartal.

Infrastructure

The quarter is a densely packed maze of small shops competing in a fierce commercial war. Streets are barely wide enough to accomodate bi-directional wagon traffic.
