Half-Elf

Half-Elves are a species produced through the mating of Humans and Elves. A sizable number of Half Elves reside in the Human Nations, products of a time before the fall. Although many humans distrust them, especially on the Velvet Coast and in Novaya, their presence is tolerated for the most part. The city of Hornstadt has a particularly large population of Half Elves, with the Reich being more accepting of them. Half Elves are often given Elvish names that are easily shortened and humanified. Many Half Elves take on a nomadic lifestyle or choose to live in small communities in the wilderness. Half Elves typically live to the age of 200.
