Western Heartlands

The Western Heartlands is a term used to describe the area sandwiched between the Sword Coast and the Fringelands . It extends from the city Irreabor to the forest of sharp teeth, from the Green Fields to the High Moor. The region is largely peaceful and divided along kingdom lines. The kingdoms of Irreabor and Elturgard divide the lions share of the territory of the heartlands. Besides these vying kingdoms the region is known for its agriculture, woodlands, peaceful hamlets and market towns, with some of the largest populations of god worshipers in Faerun.
