Mountain Children Tribe
Structure
The Elder is the highest rank in the tribe. They can make new rules and laws but they Dwe usually don't want new rules as they think they live just fine. The Elder does have power over the other Dwe but they rarely use it so they are almost there for show.
Culture
They look at the world wanting to do whatever they feel like doing. More inclined to violent and gruesome things as they practice a lot of dark magic and rituals. Some believe that eating other Dwe gives you more attunement with dark magic. They do love to eat human meat as it is a delicacy to them.

They want to one day be able to have the power to live above their deep caves and dominate everyone else.
History
Once part of the Farmire, a tribe of twisted and malevolent beings known as the Dwe roamed the depths of the mountains, confined to their dark and foreboding underground caves. They were a species plagued by darkness, devoid of the notions of harmony, peace, and unity that others might cherish. The elder of the Farmire, burdened by the increasing numbers of Dwe, made a fateful decision. Recognizing he could not be elder of them all, the elder split the tribe. Thus, the Mountain Children and the Night Stalkers were born, each cursed to dwell within their separate domains deep beneath the earth's surface. The Mountain Children, driven by their insatiable hunger for power and dominance, thrived in the treacherous mountain ranges. They sharpened their skills in cruelty and brutality, utilizing their knowledge of climbing and hunting to stalk and torment any creature unfortunate enough to cross their path. With each passing generation, their twisted desires for control and subjugation grew, and they reveled in their sadistic nature. While the separation succeeded in lifting the burden of leading so many, it also deepened the divisions between all the tribes. Their encounters, once marked by a twisted kinship, turned into ruthless contests for dominance. When nightfall provided the opportunity, members of each tribe would mercilessly prey upon one another, feeding off the fear and pain of their own kind. Despite their inherent darkness, the Dwe tribes held onto a common belief, a shared goal that bound them together in their twisted existence: the pursuit of total domination over the world above. While they reveled in their separation and internal conflicts, their collective ambition burned ever brighter. They sought to rise from the depths, to emerge from their dark caverns, and spread their malevolence across the surface, engulfing all in an eternal night of suffering. In the heart of the mountains, where the Mountain Children and the Night Stalkers dwelled, there was no room for harmony or unity. Their existence was mired in darkness, a perpetual cycle of cruelty and terror. They reveled in their monstrous nature, their lives perpetually entwined with the shadows that haunted their souls.
Demography and Population
They live in deep caves under the mountains where they dig tunnels and open spaces for living and eating. The birth and death rate is always 2:1 as when one dies 2 are always born. They have a population of 4,356,780
Military
They don't have a very organized military. It's made up of everyone as if they went to war they would all go at night since they cant in the day. They aren't specialized in anything they just grab a weapon of their choosing and go to battle. They are required to choose a weapon and master it when they are born. There are no commanders or generals they just attack nonstop as if they all know what to do without even being told.
Religion
The only religion that is present is the Cult of Blood as it requires dark magic and rituals.
Laws
They don't have laws they follow but even though they don't have laws for the most part they live pretty peaceful amongst each other as they get their sinical urges out at night raiding other kingdoms settlements or hunting. Sometimes they do get in brawls with each other over dumb things but it never ends with someone dead. If they do kill other Dwe its always from another tribe.
Agriculture & Industry
They produce only what is necessary with a few people tasked with making crude weapons.
Trade & Transport
They have a tunnel system that leads to all their cave towns were they trade between each other.
Education
The only education they receive is how to use dark magic and rituals as well as learning the weapon of choice. They also learn how to hunt and track as they are very proficient at that.
