The Dragon appeared within Periton gang scene in an explosive manner, browbeating each of the minor gangs of the Wine Crown under his banner. When the Guild sent forces to attempt to stop his rise to power, their clash ended in a stalemate. Forced to recognize The Dragon as a major player, the Guild was forced to allow Dragon his territory, or otherwise escalate the conflict into district wide gang warfare. His notoriety skyrocketed after Hero's Call's attack thanks to his efforts in helping to repel the group. The Dragon would gather power and wealth over the years, both from individuals wishing to pledge themselves under his protection and the conquests of those who wouldn't. This accumulation of wealth and connections would be the basis from which Dragon's Hoard would be created from. However this Hoard was kept only in check due to his strength and force of personality. Weakened after facing a Silver Dragon who had challenged his title, The Dragon was captured in his weakened state. His Hoard quickly fractured after he was placed within the Clocktower, each fraction vying for control in the power vacuum.
Appearance
While his face was known long before the rise of masked culture, The Dragon never appeared to have a secret identity and instead relied on his powers to keep himself safe. Often wearing simple and cheap clothes that could be replaced due to the manifestation of his powers, the only notable and consistent feature of clothing was the red cloak with his title written in Elvish scrawled on the back.Abilities
While the exact mechanics of the ability are unknown, The Dragon would appear to grow stronger as a fight prolonged, manifesting with scales and claws. Many reports note enhanced senses and reflexes, incredible strength and durability as well as regeneration. Some cases note that The Dragon could manifest wings as well as the ability to breath fire, most notably during his fight against Durant of Hero's Call.
