Umelar Diamondwhisper
The Director of the Wine Crown, Umelar has maintained the position for the past 75 years. A well-known member of the NUP, Umelar was one of the primary advocates for the instatement of the Sentinels in the aftermath of the The Guild withdrawl. As many Guild members would stay within his district during their downtime, one of the primary means of deterrent from gang violence was suddenly gone.
Following the Month of Red, Umelar was able to gather the first full team of Sentinels to bring down a heavy response in retaliation. Following this, Umelar would throw around much of his political weight in the attempts of officially passing the Unwritten Rules s as law, but was denied by the CC.
