Rikdome Family

Before the formation of Terra Dvaar the location in the Indian Ocean was owned by a relatively wealthy family from Tanzania. Once building on the island began the Rikdome family's wealth and influence grew. The United Nations controls and owns the Waddiche Academy as well as the Flume Crystal itself but the land on the island was deemed that of the Rikdome's ownership. 
The family built up a massive amount of hotels and luxury homes/condos to attract and house press and tourists that wish to see or partake in the Sparring Games as well as diplomats who visit the island.
