Cordelia is the wife of Lord Hanbei, making her Countess of Violight by marriage. She's the daughter of a mercenary captain who was originally hired by Denki Kozai to guard the transportation of shipments between nations.
She's trained with Pokemon ever since she was a toddler, and has been exceptional in both Pokemon training and combat. She's also a Flying-type Archaen -- her mother was an Archaen from Avia -- and she managed to manifest her powers, as well. She's seen by many to be very beautiful, and is nowadays said to be one of the shining gems of Violight. Nowadays, she does several different task to assist in the governance of Violight.
Anyone that knows her well would know she hates being called perfect, but strives to be anything but average. Even Hanbei has said that this is both her greatest strength and her greatest flaw.
Because of her Archaen blood, she has a great affinity for Flying-types. As a powerful trainer, she has many Pokemon, but her signature partner is a Corviknight.

History
Cordelia and Hanbei got married when he was 16 and she was 17, only a year older. According to Hanbei, they were friends ever since they were young kids, visiting whenever the mercenary company was in Violight. While there wasn't an initial courtship (at least not publicly), and the marriage appeared to be just for the security of the succession, it's become clear over the years to the people of Violight that they care deeply for one another.
