Guines Edict: List of Acceptable Technology

The Guines Edict allowed for a list of acceptable technologies that could be used.
Any technology not on that list had to be directly approved by the Teles Council and could only be performed with the appropriate technology license. That list changed over time, with highlights listed here (including dates added and removed):
