Dudley Dursley (a.k.a. Dud, Diddykums)
Born into poverty in Belfast, Ireland, Dudley remembers the struggled of living in Sailortown with his parents. Desperate to never starve again and to have everything he hadn't had until his cousin mysteriously arrived, Dudley quickly spoiled himself and demanded such from his parents, who happily obliged. The result was a mean-mannered overweight bully. Dudley didn't care much for his self-righteous sister, but he despised his pretty, intelligent, moral cousin, jealous that the small orphan seemed to be good at everything while Dudley struggled to keep up in school and ended up behind by two years at Smelting's School for Boys, which he blamed on his impoverished beginning.
Dudley crossed the line with his cousin, attempting to sexually assault him with Piers Polkiss, but Harry's magic protected him, injuring and humiliating both Dudley and Piers as he left Privet Drive (PS Chap 5).
